I combine insights from systems thinking, neuroscience, psychology, and leadership experience.   My coaching has been deeply informed by 30 years working in non-traditional roles including a wide range of experience in business management, logistics, engineering, quality assurance, human resources, information technology, customer services, and executive training & development.
